In Codex Desktop, pressing Ctrl+Shift+V pastes the clipboard content twice. The same clipboard content pastes only once in Notepad.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Copy two lines of tab-separated text.
2. In Codex Desktop message box, press Ctrl+Shift+V.
3. Observe that the content is inserted twice.
4. Paste the same clipboard into Notepad; it appears only once.

What is the expected behavior?

Expected

Ctrl+Shift+V should paste the plain-text clipboard contents once.

Actual

Codex inserts the same plain-text clipboard contents twice.
