Add a one-click Resume button after manually stopping a task

Summary
Please add a Resume / Continue button after a user manually stops a running Codex task.
Currently, after manually stopping a task, Codex shows a state like:
You stopped after 47m 28s
However, there is no obvious one-click way to continue from that stopped point. The user has to type a new follow-up prompt, even if they simply want Codex to continue the exact same task from where it left off.
Why this would be useful
This would be very helpful for users who need to temporarily pause work during a long-running task, for example:
- closing the laptop to move to another location,
- temporarily putting the computer away,
- leaving for a short time,
- switching networks,
- preventing a task from continuing while the device/network state is unstable.
In these situations, manually stopping the task first and later pressing a clear Resume / Continue button would be more stable than simply closing the laptop while the task is running.
If the user closes the laptop without stopping the task, then after reopening the computer, the task may try to continue immediately before the network is fully stable. That can cause repeated reconnect behavior and make task recovery less reliable.
Expected behavior
After a user manually stops a task, Codex should show a button such as:
Resume
Continue task
Continue from here
Clicking it should continue the paused/stopped task directly, without requiring the user to type a new prompt.
Current behavior
After stopping the task, the UI only shows that the user stopped after some duration. There is no direct one-click resume action. The user must manually type a follow-up prompt to continue, which is slower and less convenient.
Request
Please add a one-click Resume / Continue button for manually stopped tasks.
This would make task interruption and recovery much smoother. It would also help users intentionally pause long-running Codex work before moving locations or closing the laptop, then resume the same task later without losing efficiency or needing to write another prompt.
