macOS - Codex App Navigation / Usability Issue

What issue are you seeing?
On Mac, the up/down arrow keys don’t navigate through previous Codex/ChatGPT responses made by the assistant. This makes reviewing earlier responses harder, especially in longer threads.

I'm experiencing this issue as well on macOS. The Up and Down arrow keys don't scroll through the conversation, so I have to use the mouse or trackpad to navigate longer chats.
The Up and Down arrow keys worked for scrolling conversations in previous versions of the ChatGPT desktop app, so this appears to be a regression.
I've also submitted feedback through the app with session logs included.
