Excessive depletion of 5 hr rolling window

What issue are you seeing?

Timeline

1. Ran a task today (20260604), which was the first task of the day using the same workflow without unusual quota consumption.
2. Mac rebooted overnight due to a macOS update.
3. No Codex jobs were running overnight.
4. Started work the next morning.
5. Opened Codex and ran a single ( multi repo) task to update graphs - which I also ran the last two days with no issues
6. Observed that the 5-hour quota had fallen to approximately 10% remaining during the the task.
7. Weekly quota still showed approximately 85% remaining.

The observed quota consumption appears significantly larger than expected relative to the workload performed and relative to the remaining weekly quota.
