Performance issue + Treminal session not pinned up

What issue are you seeing?

I'm not sure if this is just related to Windows but there is a significat performance load issue on Windows causing ocassionally high CPU usage spike
So when running at start codex it sometimes stop responds until it loads also when starting prompt there's some delay

Keep in mind that I'm running on mid-range computer hardware :
CPU : Intel i5-6400 2.70 Ghz
RAM : 20 GB DDR4 2133 Mhz
GPU : Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti - 4GB
SSD

Now regarding the embedded terminal issue not pinned when we open up a new terminal on some project (while the agent work) then the agent open browser the ongoing embedded terminal session previous opened up disappear
I'm not sure if this is done on purpose

Also exiting terminal cause the current chat session to close up (switching to new chat) which shouldn't happen as well

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Follow previous steps

What is the expected behavior?

• Each projects session (or new chat) should have their own terminal session
• Terminal should remains opened up on the same chat session
• Terminal > Exit should not close/switch the current chat session
