codex-windows-sandbox-setup.exe in %LOCALAPPDATA%\OpenAI\Codex\bin\ requires elevation (os error 740), causing all Node REPL dependent features (Computer Use, Browser, Chrome) to fail. The WindowsApps version of the same binary works fine. icacls deny CodexSandboxUsers:RX changes the error but the kernel still crashes.
