What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

26.602.30954

What subscription do you have?

Plus plan

What platform is your computer?

Mac M3

What issue are you seeing?

The dictation can start with hotkey like "ctrl + shift + D". Usually after hit the hotkey, the dictation starts, and tap the hotkey again to stop the dictation. However, in the current version, the same hotkey can no longer end the dictation. Once the dictation starts taking my voice, I will have to use mouse to click the stop button instead of using the hotkey to end the dictation.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

tap hotkey like "ctrl + shift + D" to start dictation.
start speaking
tap hotkey like "ctrl + shift + D" again, but the dictation won't stop, and you can only manually use mouse to click the stop button to stop it.

What is the expected behavior?

Not at all. In the previous versions before I upgraded to this version, the same hotkey can actually stop the dictation.
