New Pro sub purchased but doesn't seem to apply

What issue are you seeing?

Purchased a Pro subscription a few minutes ago but doesn't seem to propagate like it should.

Codex says I have 100% of my usage left in the params. And yet I get "you've hit your usage limit" messages.

Despite having only asked ONE SINGLE thing since subscribing which is to take 2 or 3 screenshots of my webapp.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
