What steps can reproduce the bug?

  • Create 2 worktrees via terminal or any other tool except Codex.
  • Do codex app . in each worktree

What is the expected behavior?

  • Projects sidebar should display threads from all worktress under one project
  • "Where to run the task" should display a list of existing worktrees.

Additional information
