ChatGPT app remote control does not sync back the session to the CLI

What issue are you seeing?

When using ChatGPT app remote control I'd expect that the session is synced back to the CLI so if i jump back on my computer then I'm able to continue from where I left off. Ideally there should be a switching mechanism between remote/local control too.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just use ChatGPT remote control with the Codex CLI.

I'm just running the codex cli (v0.137.0 but all previous versions which support remote had the same issue) on my mac (m1 pro 32gb). I use the codex app on my phone iPhone 12pro.
