What issue are you seeing?

I signed up for Codex Plus, ran exactly 1 query, and then I get "You've hit your usage limit. Upgrade to Plus to continue using Codex (https://chatgpt.com/explore/plus), or try again at Jul 5th, 2026 8:19 PM."

When I check "usage remaining" I see:

I've tried logging out and back in, doesn't help

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Try to run any query in Codex app and Codex cli, I get the same message

What is the expected behavior?
