Codex app freezes and becomes completely unusable when you paste in certain text into the chat.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Start a new chat.
2. Paste this text into the chat:

1. Codex app will freeze and start to become unusable.

What is the expected behavior?

Codex chat does not freeze.
