Codex weekly usage limit dropped to 0% immediately after Pro → Plus plan downgrade

Hello,

I believe there may be an issue with my Codex weekly usage limits after a subscription change.

I was previously on the Pro plan and today my subscription renewed. At the same time, I downgraded to the Plus plan because I expect to use Codex less over the next few weeks.

Before the renewal, my weekly Codex usage was nowhere near exhausted (if I remember correctly, I still had roughly 70% of my quota remaining). However, when I logged in this morning, my weekly usage had suddenly dropped to 0%, preventing me from using Codex at all until June 11.

The only event that seems to coincide with this change is the subscription renewal and downgrade from Pro to Plus. I did not consume the remaining quota overnight, and yesterday the limit indicator was still showing significant remaining usage.

Could you please confirm whether this behavior is expected when downgrading plans, or if there may be an issue with my account's quota calculation?

For reference, I am located in France, and the renewal occurred overnight.
