What issue are you seeing?
Closing a session with ctlr+d or any other shouldn't remove it from history and from resumamble sessions.
As it stands right now, it's too easy to lose a session and all the progress and planning made in it.
I consider this a bug as it easily leads to loss of data.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Open codex, close session (with ctrl+d or some other way), only some sessions are saved.
What is the expected behavior?
Sessions should save automatically, their content should save to local machine directly (or there should be an easy way to do it), especially if there's planning results, questions to the user and answers to them, user input, etc.
There should be a flag "record most/all" and incus should automatically save a log of the discussion.
Additional information
Please immediately and quickly add a fix to make auditability, logging, etc, easily possible.
