Codex Desktop on Windows cannot run any console command.

Error:
windows sandbox: setup refresh failed with status exit code: 1

Command tested:
py -3 -c "print('hi')"

What I tried:

• Restarted Codex
• Restarted Windows
• Reinstalled Codex Desktop
• Tested in a fresh workspace
• Turned Bitdefender off
• Checked Bitdefender notifications: no new block

Result:
Every command still fails before execution.
