Chat search does not work

What issue are you seeing?

The Chat search feature initiated by Ctrl+F key does not work:

1. The thread does not scroll the view to the currently found instance (x/y results counter)
2. F3, the industry standard key for find the next result does not work
3. Iterating over the results is EXTREMELY laggy

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Press Ctrl+F to initiate chat search
2. Type in a word that appears in the chat frequently
3. Click the down arrow to navigate the next result rapidly

What is the expected behavior?

1. The chat view actually scrolls to the currently viewed result
2. F3 industry standard key works to iterate over found results
3. Finding the next result in rapid succession does not cause noticeable lag or freeze of the user interface
