Codex Code Review is not triggered in the PRs

What issue are you seeing?

I have made Codex connection with my GitHub organisation https://github.com/avgeek-app and enabled Codex Code Reviews for all PRs across my repos.

However, it doesn't trigger any reviews at all. I see the "eye" symbol on the PR description and it vanishes away after a few seconds.

If I manually type "@codex, please review", it says "This workspace is deactivated. Select an active workspace and try again.".

Can I get help on this, please? The account looks fine. Probably seems like the when two workspace has the connection, it's an issue. But I can confirm this is the only account which has live connection now.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

• Connect Codex Connector from Workspace A.
• Expire subscription of Workspace A.
• Account containing Workspace A is deleted.
• Create a personal ChatGPT account and configure Codex Connector.
• It never works.

What is the expected behavior?

Codex Code Review working in GitHub PRs.
