Hi team,

I renewed my Pro 200 on June 6, but by June 8 my Codex usage showed “You’re out of Codex messages” and the weekly usage limit was at 0% remaining (with credits shown as 0).

From what I understand, with my previous usage frequency, when usage behavior is similar, the weekly quota should usually reset and start close to 100% the next day.
But right now it did not.

I also checked Product activity, and current usage does not look higher than before (roughly the same or lower trend), so I’m confused why the weekly limit is fully consumed.

Can someone help verify whether my quota accounting is correct for my account?

Details:

  • Plan: Pro 200
  • Renewed: June 6
  • Observed issue: June 8
  • Daily/weekly view: still shows normal thread/turn activity, but weekly usage says 0% remaining
  • Credits remaining: 0

Thanks for your help.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

no

If you can’t get any help with the issue, OpenAI is a California business. That means you can ask the CA AG for help here: https://oag.ca.gov/contact/consumer-complaint-against-business-or-company The BBB doesn’t seem to be as much help with 375+ complaints they haven’t replied to.

If you decide to file a complaint, remember to include all details like dates, screenshots, and other supporting documents. You want the person who is reading it to easily understand the problem and have all details available without contacting you for more. That gets you a full reply faster without delays
