What feature would you like to see?

Please add a refresh/reload button for individual Codex chats in the Windows app.

Use case: I have multiple Codex conversations running on the same Windows machine, and I use Codex tooling/app-server automation to send messages between those conversations. The target conversation receives the message correctly on disk and the agent responds, but the Windows app UI does not always notice the updated session until I fully restart the app.

A per-chat refresh button would let me reload the currently selected conversation from its backing session state without restarting Codex. Ideally this would refresh the message list, title/thread metadata, status, and any newly appended turns.

This would make multi-agent workflows much smoother, especially when one local Codex agent sends a message to another local Codex agent.
