Codex usage limit counter is not updating after tasks

I could not find the Codex app version.

What issue are you seeing?

My Codex usage limit counter is not updating.

Previously, the usage/remaining limit changed after every Codex task I completed. Now it stays constant even after I run multiple tasks.

I am worried the UI is not refreshing correctly or the usage tracking is stuck.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

The usage/remaining limit should update after Codex tasks, or at least refresh correctly after some time.

Additional information

I tried refreshing/reopening Codex, but the usage limit still appears constant.

This used to update correctly before.
