What issue are you seeing?

I had a Plus plan, then updated to Pro, and kept working without reload IDE

and i got:
You've hit your usage limit. Upgrade to Pro (https://chatgpt.com/explore/pro), visit https://chatgpt.com/codex/settings/usage to purchase more credits or try again at 4:44 AM.

But my limits was actualy not used, because then i typed /status there was not limit cap.

limits was updated only after
logout -> close IDE -> reopen IDE -> log in

What steps can reproduce the bug?
