Macros / Claude.md analogue

What feature would you like to see?

It would be cool to add 2 features

1) ability to change coding flow using project instructions (like Claude.md in Claude Code)
2) ability to have custom commands OR macros.

For example, I have file changes.md and in Claude.md I have this

- always add changes in one sentence in changes.md under the current date.

Which produce cool changes.md file and add ability to track progress / remind history easily.

Also in claude its possible to add command like /changes - which will manually trigger the same.
