Every time this agent takes approve or not for actions. Its take very big time. I no need approval, and i set in settings this. Why this is continue to take approve on not

I've noticed the same today with goal mode. It's asking for simple file edit approvals despite "Approve for me" being active and the files being edited not standing out in any way. Strangely it edits some files on its own still. Even changing to "Full access" or cancelling the goal and creating a new, identical one didn't improve this.
Given this is a reoccurring issue, it would be nice to see this finally resolved for good. Thanks.
