What issue are you seeing?
Several times now I've been stuck at Thinking, nothing happening, for half hour or more nothing happens..
What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
Some kind of feedback from codex what happened, if it got stuck, failed, or if it's actually working, but the prompts from me are not "Make me a SaaS" it's more like short questions, and it still never unblocks..
