Input field freezes UI when pasting text containing escaped quotes (\")

What issue are you seeing?

The input box causes the UI to freeze when pasting text that contains escaped quotes (\").

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Open the app.
Go to the input box in the UI.
Copy text that contains escaped quotes, such as \".
Paste the text into the input box.
Observe that the UI freezes or becomes unresponsive.

What is the expected behavior?

The pasted text should be inserted normally, and the UI should remain responsive without freezing or hanging.

This issue has been happening for over a week, and I hope it can be fixed as soon as possible.
