Codex Update missing plugins and models

What issue are you seeing?

after latest update of codex windows application all the installed plugins like Chrome,Computer application use etc along with Codex coding model Codex-5.3 is automatically removed or disappeared from the application.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

all of the installed plugins along with the models should be remain stay as it is though the application is updated.
