Release notes are missing description for GitHub releases for quite some time after publish

Why are you guys missing the most basic stuff?

I can't believe they don't have measures in place to prevent this from happening not once, but twice, in a row (!)

0.24.0 has been updated now but not 0.25.0

0.25.0 now also has been updated with the release notes.

This was closed without a comment leaving us with no assurance that the situation will improve going forward...

0.27.0 is also missing release notes, this is getting tiresome.

@seratch Can you please explain why this was closed when it still seems to be an issue; and maybe re-open it until a more robust solution is in place?

I mean.. they often fill them in eventually; and if you really want to know in the meantime you could just click the button that shows you all of the commits since the last version and read it yourself.

Yes it would be nice if it was available as soon as the release was ready; but it's not as dramatic an issue as it's being made out to be here.
