GPT-5.5 useless compacting after every single thought

Clanker is still locked at 256k and makes it only usable for the base chat because it immediately dies in codex and proceeds to mangle any task i give it, because for some reason yall don't want to give it the same context as 5.4.

5.4 is arguably a better model because of this btw and i haven't even touched 5.5 after release because it mauled my work like a grizzly bear
