Add "fork" tag to the newly-forked session's name automatically

What variant of Codex are you using?

CLI

What feature would you like to see?

When I fork a session, and later I want to /resume a session, I will always find myself confused about which one is the original session and which is the forked one ( I always forget to /rename timely). <br>

So, it will be good if the forked session can be tailed with ("forked from").

Additional information

By the way. I think when I set a goal, it will be more comfortable if Codex can judge whether it should have a loop.
