Codex app update lost local thread history

After updating Codex app, my previous Codex app thread history disappeared from the sidebar. This is not ChatGPT history.

Current visible local threads only start from 2026-06-04, about 17 threads. My Codex usage is around 390M lifetime tokens and I had many more Codex app conversations before the update.

Same account/workspace. Current version: codex-cli 0.138.0-alpha.7.

Current local store:

• ~/.codex/state_5.sqlite only contains the new 17 threads
• ~/.codex/sessions only contains sessions from 2026-06-04 onward
• session_index.jsonl only has the current/new index

I also found an older Codex thread id in a crash dump:
019e6e80-2278-7dc1-a061-d53c4cd5b2de

Please help recover or reindex the old Codex app local thread history.
