Codex App macOS Intel: traffic light window controls are clipped at the bottom
Bug description
On the macOS Intel build of Codex App, the three native-looking traffic light window controls in the top-left corner are not rendered as full circles. The bottom portion of each colored control appears clipped/covered, so they look like flattened semicircles instead of circular buttons.
This is visible immediately after opening the app, before interacting with the window.
Steps to reproduce
- Install/open Codex App on macOS Intel.
- Look at the top-left window controls.
- Observe that the red/yellow/green controls are clipped at the bottom.
Expected behavior
The red, yellow, and green window controls should render as full circles with no bottom clipping.
Actual behavior
The controls appear partially hidden/clipped along the bottom edge, making them look non-circular.
Environment
- Codex App: 26.608.12217
- Bundle version: 3722
- Bundle identifier: com.openai.codex
- App binary architecture: x86_64
- Machine architecture: x86_64
- macOS: 13.3 (22E252)
Screenshot
I have a screenshot showing the clipped top-left controls. The visible symptom is that the lower arc of each traffic-light button is cut off in the Codex App window chrome/sidebar area.
