Dark theme cannot apply after codex app updated

What issue are you seeing?

Before update the codex app, the "Xcode" dark theme was applied. After codex app updated, cannot apply "Xcode" theme.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Apply "Xcode" theme.
2. Update codex app and restart.
3. Once codex app updated and restarted, you'll notice the dark theme already switch back to default one.
4. Go to settings and apply again, and it can't apply, jump back to other theme instantly.

What is the expected behavior?

I can use any theme I want in the codex app settings.
