Codex Windows app: project chats disappear after update and after first response

After updating Codex Windows app, project chats disappeared.

New chats created inside projects appear briefly, but after Codex replies they disappear from the project/sidebar.

Affected projects:

• Arik Custom
• AVENTURAS_PIXELADAS
• CRONORAS
• Newly created projects

Steps:

1. Update Codex Windows app.
2. Open existing projects.
3. Project chats are missing.
4. Create a new project with a folder.
5. Create a new chat inside that project.
6. Send a message.
7. The chat appears initially.
8. After Codex replies, the chat disappears from the project/sidebar.

Tried:

• Restarted app and Windows.
• Reinstalled Codex.
• Cleared local cache.
• Deep reset of local app state.
• Mobile still shows chats.
