Agent stops working on an objective before its finished even if told not to

If the agent is given an objective like "test everything, fix problems. do NOT ask back until you are finished", it will do some work and then still ask back before its finished...("I could now continue by testing part x. do you want me to do that?").

If the agent is given a bigger objective and specifically told NOT to ask back, then it should respect that and keep working until the objective is fullfilled.
