Allow Codex Projects to access ChatGPT Project instructions

Allow Codex Projects to access, import, or link to instructions from ChatGPT Projects.

Problem

When the same project context exists in ChatGPT Projects and Codex Projects, users currently need to copy and paste project instructions manually. This creates duplicated setup work and makes it easy for the two instruction sets to drift out of sync.

Proposed solution

Provide a way for Codex Projects to reuse ChatGPT Project instructions, for example by:

• Linking a Codex Project to an existing ChatGPT Project
• Importing ChatGPT Project instructions into Codex
• Offering a shared instruction source that both surfaces can read from

Why this helps

This would reduce repeated setup, avoid manual copy-paste, and keep project-specific guidance consistent across ChatGPT and Codex workflows.
