Codex ate all my weekly usage AND credits within 3hrs of my context window

I bought credit for €40 because the context window ran out but when its renewed for a new 5hrs again - not only Codex ate ALL of my credit but also 30% of my total weekly usage!!!! how the Fk is this even possible!? I need a refund!

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I was using it to write and research for a project. 3 windows.

What is the expected behavior?

Ate all my shit
