Codex app is crashing when trying to load project chat

Codex is crashing when trying to load a conversation. After app restart it is just not loading:

The buttons do not work in order when trying to update:

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Try to load a conversation where you had multiple plan edits and plan refactor. In my case the app is crashing but there is much room of free memmory.
