Windows Codex app does not open after force quit

Windows Codex app does not open after force quit.

WebView2 Runtime:
Microsoft.EdgeWebView2Runtime 149.0.4022.62

Behavior:
The app starts briefly, creates an AppModel process, then the desktop AppX container is deleted about 3 seconds later. The Codex window never appears.

Application Error log:
Empty

Tested:

• Reinstalled Codex from Microsoft Store
• Reset Microsoft Store cache with wsreset.exe
• Reinstalled/verified WebView2 Runtime
• Cleared Codex cache and user data
• Tested on a new Windows user account
• Same issue still occurs
