Windows Codex app does not open after force quit.

WebView2 Runtime:
Microsoft.EdgeWebView2Runtime 149.0.4022.62
Behavior:
The app starts briefly, creates an AppModel process, then the desktop AppX container is deleted about 3 seconds later. The Codex window never appears.
Application Error log:
Empty
Tested:
- Reinstalled Codex from Microsoft Store
- Reset Microsoft Store cache with wsreset.exe
- Reinstalled/verified WebView2 Runtime
- Cleared Codex cache and user data
- Tested on a new Windows user account
- Same issue still occurs

This seems very similar to #27621 and #27574, but I’m adding my environment details here in case they help confirm the scope.
My issue:
