codex doctor took too long, it seemed to have hanged for some reason.

What issue are you seeing?

can't continue session, codex CLI keeps failing to connect to the Open API backend and returns the following error:

What steps can reproduce the bug?

FIre up codex CLI, choose 5.5 and try to query it.

It happened all of the sudden after a while, all of my codex isntances are failing. Seems to be an Open AI backend issue?
