Codex Cloud is unable to complete tasks

What issue are you seeing?
When I start a task, it fails after working for about 1 minute. It says "An unknown error occurred".
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Create a task for Codex to complete
What is the expected behavior?
It should complete the task without failing.
Additional information
The issue is on both desktop and mobile. Codex Cloud
