Feature request: view archived chat contents from Settings

What would you like to see?

In the Codex app UI, users should be able to open and read archived chat/session contents from the Settings archived chats view.

Why this matters

Archived chats are often hidden because they are no longer active, not because their contents are no longer useful. When deciding whether to restore, delete, or reference an archived chat, users need a way to inspect what is inside without first moving it back into the active chat list.

Suggested behavior

• In Settings > Archived chats, allow opening each archived chat in a read-only view.
• Keep existing restore/delete/archive management actions.
• Do not unarchive a chat as a side effect of opening it for inspection.

Current limitation

Archived chats can be managed from Settings, but their conversation contents are not visible from that archived chats view.
