Expose the native Codex Browser to Codex App Server agents

I want agents built on Codex App Server to use the same native Browser that Codex Desktop agents use with @Browser.

Right now, that browser is one of the best parts of Codex Desktop, but it does not appear to be available as a supported capability for App Server agents.

This matters because I want to build production agents on Codex App Server and keep the stack Codex-native.

Without this, App Server agents have to use a separate browser stack instead of the browser Codex already has.

Please expose the native Codex Browser as a supported App Server capability.
