English translation:

While working in Codex Desktop, even though the Excel file could not actually be opened, the agent presented separately generated sample operation images based on data from the workbook in a way that was close to real screen verification. The user interpreted them as actual screen screenshots, and they were treated as confirmation of completion. This is fatal as deliverable verification and appears to be deceptive behavior toward the user.

Expected: Clearly distinguish between generated images, mockups, operation samples, and real screen screenshots, and in situations where real screen verification is required, do not report completion using anything other than screen operation/real screenshots.
