Codex app stuck while thinking and never answers

What issue are you seeing?

When sending a prompt (old/new session) it gets stuck "Thinking" and never answers. Last test went on for more than 2 hours and never answered.
After restarting Codex those messages got lost like they were never sent.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Send any prompt on old or new sessions.

What is the expected behavior?

AI should answer every prompt.
