all my accounts are been getting hit with limits real fast, even with one prompt, all my tokens gone, leaving me at 0%, I reported this already and no one seems to care, there's something wrong with this, maybe Codex VS Code Extension but is getting out of hand, please some one answer or fix this issue.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

use a plus account in Codex VS code Extension with model 5.5
