Is anyone else seeing Codex get stuck on Thinking today after sending a prompt?

I sent a normal instruction, but the session has been stuck on Thinking for about 10 minutes with no visible output at all. There is no useful progress, no streamed response, and no clear explanation of what Codex is doing.

This makes the task feel completely stuck. Please investigate this, because it makes Codex very difficult to use when the model silently sits in Thinking for this long without producing anything.
