Request for credit review for unproductive Codex sessions on June 13-14, 2026
Buongiorno,
Esempi concreti:
pulizia firewall orfano dichiarata/attesa ma non implementata;
rimozione tracce di software non più installati, come 7-Zip, TeamViewer e Winhance, non eseguita;
sincronizzazione ora presente solo come comando tentato, senza verifica reale;
systray e icone richieste solo parzialmente gestite;
Touch Legacy Mode dichiarato nel flusso generale ma non installato dal pacchetto master;
script che hanno causato blocchi, errori o comportamenti indesiderati;
Posso fornire:
transcript delle chat;
file ZIP generati;
log di esecuzione;
screenshot che mostrano le funzionalità non applicate.
Grazie.

English translation:
Good morning,
I am requesting a review of the credits consumed during two long Codex sessions on June 13 and 14, 2026.
The sessions concerned Windows OEM/master/pre-sysprep scripts and touch driver runtime. I provided precise technical requests, files, logs, and screenshots, but the assistant repeatedly stated that operations were “done” or “verified” when in reality they were only partial, attempted, or not present in the final code.
It constantly makes mistakes, and not only in these two days. For more than three weeks now, even while paying €200 per month, I have always received vague and incorrect answers that force me to redo all the work and remain stuck. It is as if I am the one teaching it the basic things, and I am not asking for quick answers; quite the opposite, but neither Codex nor ChatGPT will ever see me again once the credits run out. Truly money thrown out the window. In my opinion this is absolutely not acceptable, and I think it makes mistakes on purpose to eat up my credits. It reasons like pro (stupid), retarded, not like a normal person. And that is not acceptable to me. I have wasted too much money to get nothing.
Concrete examples:
orphan firewall cleanup declared/expected but not implemented;
removal of traces of software no longer installed, such as 7-Zip, TeamViewer, and Winhance, not performed;
time synchronization present only as an attempted command, with no real verification;
requested systray and icons only partially handled;
Touch Legacy Mode declared in the general flow but not installed by the master package;
scripts that caused freezes, errors, or unwanted behavior;
incomplete final verification, because it did not correctly distinguish between “applied”, “attempted”, “not verified”, and “not included”.
The result was a significant consumption of time and credits on both days, without obtaining a reliable package. I had to perform many manual tests and personally discover several omissions through screenshots, registry, firewall, and logs.
I therefore kindly request a review of the consumption and, if possible, a refund or partial recredit of the credits spent in these sessions.
I can provide:
chat transcripts;
generated ZIP files;
execution logs;
screenshots showing the features that were not applied.
Thank you.
