What steps can reproduce the bug?

Background:
I have two accounts (ChatGPT Team, ChatGPT Pro) tied to my email address.

Reproduction steps:

1. codex login in terminal.
2. Login with my email, password.
3. Login fails

What is the expected behavior?

Be able to login with my personal account (make it selectable).

What do you see instead?

Url https://accounts.google.com/o/saml2/idp?idpid=... with content:

403. That’s an error.

Error: app_not_enabled_for_user

Service is not enabled for this user.
