ripgrep is broken on mac

What version of Codex CLI is running?

codex-cli 0.139.0

What issue are you seeing?

ripgrep works fine with any other agent and also when I run it on my own. But now every time Codex runs it or if I run it in shell in Codex, I get this alert from Mac.
